This women’s-circle, a Jewish spiritual gathering created by women just for women, is a sacred space for personal growth in the context of community and sisterhood. It’s open to Sisterhood members in Carmel and our surrounding WRJ region.
*Bring: A journal or notebook, and your spirit for heart-full exploration through Mussar,
the fascinating ancient Jewish practice of deepening spiritual strength.
What to expect:
*We’ll delve into conversation about the “soul traits” we’re each born with, and the Jewish notion that that at the core, we are spiritual beings—souls of neshama (light)—having human experiences.
*Because Mussar is meant to be a practice that integrates intellect with heart and soul, we’ll practice an inspiring musical meditation in the Mussar tradition—a tool to de-stress the body, balance emotions, and uplift the spirit.
